Our community’s challenges are complex. Right now, many local families are forced to make impossible choices, such as deciding whether to buy food, pay for health care or make rent. We know that these types of economic barriers families face can affect a child’s ability to succeed in school - and ultimately their success in life. Your support of United Way of Lebanon County Campaign allows us to continue to provide and fund critical programs that help stabilize our most vulnerable friends and neighbors and solve the root causes to our complex challenges, not just address the symptoms.
United Way of Lebanon County's long-term goal is to permanently reduce the number of families and individuals below an affordable living standard in our communities. We will achieve this by:
- Connecting families to community resources and programs to help them improve their economic self-dependence.
- Removing barriers to learning for our most vulnerable children because education is the path to self-dependence.
- Giving all of Lebanon County children a strong start in life.
United Way can’t do this work alone. Through your support, United Way is uniquely positioned to bring resources together to help solve these challenges in our community. Donations from generous community members like you are used to create lasting change by bringing local agencies and resources together to improve family stability - neighbors helping neighbors.
Join us, and LIVE UNITED! UNITED for children, families and our future.
At United Way, the Lebanon County community is the reason behind everything we do.
