VISION STATEMENT To build a caring community of neighbors helping neighbors which empowers people to improve the quality and dignity of life. MISSION STATEMENT Improving our neighbors’ lives through effective development and stewardship of community resources. VALUES STATEMENT We are a Community Focused organization operated by, with and for the people of the Lebanon Valley. Through a Collaborative effort among agencies, volunteers and the general public, we strive to be Visionary, while Responsive to the changing needs of those we serve. We are a Volunteer Driven organization, entrusted to practice good Stewardship of the resources we receive and the services our member agencies provide. We will strive to conduct our operations in the most Efficient manner, fostering a high degree of Personal Accountability from our volunteers and staff. We will conduct ourselves with the highest Integrity, always exhibiting Compassion and Respect for the Dignity of those we serve.
