On Saturday, April 22nd, United Way partnered with the Lebanon County Library System, Lancaster-Lebanon Literacy Council, and IU-13 to hold the first “Spring Into Reading Fest” at the Lebanon Community Library.  More than 250 children and parents attended the Reading Fest, which included book readings from local authors, puppet shows, a concert from Steven Courtney, face painting, free literacy kits, food and other activities.
