United Way of Lebanon County is the community leader among non-profit organizations.  While traditionally viewed as a fundraising organization, today, United Way is developing community-wide strategies for long-term solutions to needs and investing resources to achieve the greatest possible impact.




United Way recruits businesses and stakeholders across the community to collectively solve community needs.  Our focus is to strengthen our community and the lives of children adults and families through the strategic investment of resources in the areas of Health, Education, Financial Stability.
