THANK YOU TO ALL WHO PARTICIPATED IN

THE UNITED WAY OF LEBANON COUNTY'S

2008 DAY OF CARING!!!

Day of Caring on Saturday April 19th was one of the best

we ever had!  We couldn’t have asked for better weather,

or more willing and energized volunteers!

Over 1,000 people signed up for our 2008 Day of Caring.

People of all ages participated in helping over 65 agencies and facilities.  Over 500 people attended our breakfast and

brought thousands of donated personal care items filling

over 25 boxes that were distributed to 10 local shelters

and agencies.  This truly demonstrates how in joining

together we are “Living United!”

We hope your experience was as positive as others we have

heard about.  Thank you for showing how much you care

by giving up a Saturday morning to join so many others in

working to make a better community.  We hope you will join us again next year.
