As the Director of Marketing & Communications for United Way, Flame's responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing strategies for the organization as well as community engagement activities such as Day of Caring.
Flame joined the United Way team in 2018 with approximately 15 years of experience in marketing and communications in various industries. She has a diverse range of acquired skills that can help United Way of Lebanon County continue to strengthen its brand, provide open, honest communications, and foster engagement within the community.
Flame has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing and Planning from Alvernia College and an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from Berks Technical Institute.
