United Way’s 9th annual Winter Clothing Collection: November 1 – December 15, 2017
Last year, United Way collected over 2,600 items of donated winter clothing including scarves, mittens, gloves, hats and more to keep local folks warm during the winter months. All items were delivered to local clothing banks and shelters in Lebanon County in mid-December 2016.
Cold weather is on its way again and United Way needs your help to keep everyone warm in Lebanon County this winter!
Give clothing items:
- Drop off donations of new or gently used scarves, hats, gloves and mittens at United Way’s office by Friday, December 15.
- Coordinate a collection at your workplace, school, church, club or other organization! Contact United Way to confirm your participation and the timeframe during which you will hold your collection, and we’ll walk you through your next steps and provide customized signage.
Give a monetary gift:
- Make a personal donation below to our 2017-18 campaign to help fund United Way program partners who provide heating oil assistance, shelter from the cold, and other beneficial wintertime services.
- “Give the Gift of Warmth” this Holiday season and make a donation below in honor of a family member, friend, coworker, etc., as an investment in United Way-funded services mentioned above, which aid local people in need during the coldest months of the year. When you give a gift in someone else’s name, we’ll mail a thank you note to that person about the gift made in his or her name.
Thank you to the local companies and organizations who are holding LIVE WARM Mini-Drives:
