We are a Volunteer Driven organization, entrusted to practice good Stewardship of the resources we receive and the services our member agencies provide. We will strive to conduct our operations in the most Efficient manner, fostering a high degree of Personal Accountability from our volunteers and staff. We will conduct ourselves with the highest Integrity, always exhibiting Compassion and Respect for the Dignity of those we serve.
